Lisa Campbell (moderator)
Director, Climate Change Services, ERM
 
Lisa Campbell is the Director of Climate Change Services in North America for ERM.  She has over 25 years of experience as a recognized leader in climate change services with corporate clients since the late 1980’s.  She has executed a diverse portfolio of greenhouse gas projects across oil and gas, power, renewable energy, and chemical industries, as well as public sector initiatives.  Her expertise ranges from climate change strategy, GHG inventory and management systems, emission reduction strategies and offset trading support, to GHG verification. She was formerly based in London to lead international climate change programs.  Ms. Campbell is a registered Professional Chemical Engineer, and was previously a process design engineer in the chemical industry.
 
 
 
Michele N. Barnhart
Asst. Manager Environmental, AWNC
 
Michele Barnhart is Assistant Manager of the Environmental Department for AW North Carolina, a leading manufacturer of automatic transmissions and transmission components located in Durham, NC. She is responsible for managing the company’s ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and its Environmental & Natural Resource Protection Program. Michele is team leader for a cross-functional team with long term sustainability goals including Zero Landfill and significant energy and CO2 reductions. Prior to joining AWNC, she served as EH&S Manager for Ambridge, PA and as Environmental Officer for the Township of Falls, PA. Michele holds a B.S. in Biology with a Chemistry minor from the University of Pittsburgh, PA.
 

Roger D. King
Director, Environmental, Health & Safety, Wyeth
 
Roger D. King provides leadership, guidance, technical expertise and oversight to the vaccine manufacturing segment of the businesses while promoting EHS excellence and continual improvement. Roger spent a career in the U.S. Air Force where he held numerous positions including responsibility for safety and environmental performance improvement. He worked on minimizing the U.S. Air Force’s environmental footprint through pollution prevention and innovative approaches that went beyond regulatory requirements. Roger has a BS in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, IL, a Masters of Aeronautical Science in Safety Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, FL, and is pursuing a PhD in Organization and Management from Capella University, Minneapolis, MN.
 

Mark LaCroix
Executive VP, GreenLife
 
Mark LaCroix serves as Executive Vice President of Business Development at The GreenLife Organization, a vertically integrated provider of carbon management products and services.  Prior to joining GreenLife in April of this year he held the position of Vice President, Global Sustainability with InterfaceFABRIC, a leading manufacturer of commercial interior fabrics. Mr. LaCroix is a LEED™ Accredited Professional and speaks regularly on sustainability-related topics to industry and community groups. He serves on the external advisory boards for the Erb Institute at the University of Michigan and Aquinas College Sustainable Business Degree program.

Robert Norton founded the Management company of Norton & Associates in 1980 and created a Division of Carbon Technology Management Corporation in April 2008. Mr. Norton has more than 28 years proven experience in M & A, private investment funding  and Commercial Real Estate Development and Commercial Construction Management. He has delivered $100M in annual revenue/profit growth for select national property real estate acquisitions, Land PUD Development, Design, Engineering, Design Management, Pre-construction and Construction Management. Mr. Norton has proven experience in business planning and business profit center development. He holds an MBA from NY University and a BS in Engineering from RPI, Troy NY.
